Hey guys, just discovered thunder’s place and the whole underground world of PE last week and immediately started on the newbie routine.

I’m satisfied with my length BPEL - 6.5” (of course a little extra wouldn’t hurt lol), but my real aim is to improve girth (EG - 4.3”)
From base to glan my girth decreases from 4.6” —> 3.9”.

Just wondered if there are any jelq techniques that concentrate more on girth gains rather than length?
I’ve been reading about Uli’s and jelq squeeze/clamping, but I understand these are best attempted after some experience in PE?

So yeah, if anyone has some advice on maximizing girth gains from jelqing I’d really appreciate it.

Try to feel the pressure buildup with the second stroke coming up. Go nice and slow and get full expansion. Don’t go to quick with your routine. Make sure you feel yourself out when doing any kind of PE and if its very uncomfortable or there is pain. Stop immediately and reasses. I think the newbie routine is not just about condition your penis for more advanced exercises but also to get to know your penis better and what kind of stresses can be put on it with out injury. Do the newbie routine and most importantly keep a positive attitude and gains will come. Best of luck.

Focus on the Newbie routine for now. Don’t worry about specializing or doing any advanced exercises for at least 3 months. A lot of guys get all the gains they desire from just the newbie routine.

Firstly, welcome to Thunder’s Place. You couldn’t have found a better resource and support for making your dick bigger!

Secondly, do the newbie routine until you stop getting results, and then look to more advanced types of exercise, and remember: EQ is your friend.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Yeah I’m very optimistic- I know from training at the gym that the key to gaining is time and consistency.

Clgp7, when you say most guys get the gains they desire, do you mean within the 3 months? Or you meant just doing newbie routine?
