Girth Gains

After reading a fairly extensive amount, most people seem to focus on length gains, and if any major girth gains are considered they are done with clamping.
From what I gather about girth gains is that you need to focus on internal pressure and expansion of the chambers.

Aside from any major clamping or hanging (obviously in the newbie forum) what can be done to most effectively gain girth?

I’ve been doing PE for almost 2 full weeks fairly consistently and I started at about 5.8”NBPEL x 4.5” MSEG I’m currently around 6”NBPEL x 4.6-4.7MSEG.

I’m here because I want to feel better about myself and be able to give almost any woman mind blowing orgasms that they didn’t expect from the average cock ;) My goal is 7”NBPEL x 6MSEG

How realistic are these goals? According to the TGC theory I most likely have tunica issues.

I’ve been doing 5min hot wrap, 5 30sec stretches (still hot wrapped), followed by 90% erection jelqs (2sec x30 or so)
Then jump in the shower (more heat) for some 5 30sec stretches and after the shower I apply some anti-stretch mark lotion and tug at it very lightly for extended periods of time, less time and less pressure than stretching, sort of a cool down procedure.

I also have a slightly leftward and upward curve, making measuring a little difficult. I put the most pressure downward during my stretches to help compensate for this.

Am I on the right track with things? So far I’ve seen much harder erections, and some noted size gains, for about 2 weeks of an almost half ass newbie routine I’m feeling good about where I’m going.

Any thoughts or advice? Regarding routine adjustments, previous experiences with a similar size penis etc.

I also started taking about half the daily dosage/per day of AAKG (L-arginine.) which I’ve noticed to be helpful with my regular gym workouts just as much if not more so than PE. (Orgasms seem to last longer and are more powerful after maybe 5 days of using it?)

Side note: Marijuana has been known to help my EQ LIKE CRAZY. Even after sex I’m still rock hard for about another 10minutes or so I’d say, the gf is always saying how hard it is and always trying to play with it after sex.

Marijuana has gotten a bad rap over the years. It can help you focus intensly (that would explain your quality EQ Jeesh). It also helps you relax.

High erection jelqs FTW. I think they got me girth the fastest out of anything I’ve tried. Not for the noobs though.

If it isn’t a severe curve I would measure as is. If it is, straighten it out and measure.

As for your goals, its a stretch but still definately attainable. Keep doing what you’re doing cause its working great.

If you spend enough time here on these forums, I think you may come to the conclusion that anything is possible (within reason). If you’ve got the time & discipline to do things intelligently and consistently, I don’t see any reason why you can’t reach those perfectly reasonable goals.

Jeesh, I have had a lot of success gaining girth. Initially, I used jelqing as described in the newbie routine. It worked for me. As I got more conditioned, I threw in some squeezes and uli’s. Gains really started coming them. I used a lot pressure and my unit responded. Finally, I learned about clamping on Thunder’s and since then, I almost exclusively use clamping for girth. Clamping is obviously something you should only do after you exhaust the gains from the other techniques. Even then, do it with caution.

Jeesh, the main thing would be consistancy with the exercises. I was around your size when I started back in 2002. Just keep at it and know this will take time. For me the jelqing always worked at low and high erection levels. I would stay away for clamping for a while though.


Past:5.2bpel X 4.25eg (2010):7.6bpel X 5.75eg After a 12 year hiatus, starting back in 2020 current stats 7.25 bpel 4.5-5.0eg

Not much length lost these 12 years but lost about 50% of my girth gains

Sometimes I have trouble keeping more than a 50% erection while jelqing I hope I can still get some girth with this.
