So these are all the major issues I’ve run into in my first few weeks of PE, which is mostly going fine I think. Keep in mind that as per the rules I have searched TP extensively about all of these before posting this topic, so I’m not just being lazy, I promise! Here we go:

1) When I stretch down or side-down or do fowfers, I feel quite a bit of skin stretch on the top or sides of the base of the shaft, respectively. I can’t tell exactly what kind of stretch this is… If I am feeling this skin stretch, am I not hitting the ligaments? I have definitely developed some small stretch marks at the base/pubic area as well as more flaccid wrinkles when it’s scrunched up, and while I’m not worried too much about this as I have a pretty tight circumcision and probably could use some extra skin (and the stretching has already hugely improved the fluff of my semis), I would like to at least minimize it from here out and hit the parts I should be hitting. I don’t want to overstretch the skin without growing the dick inside of it!

2) Regarding jelq grips: I am having advantages and disadvantages with each. Though I don’t have much turkey neck, my scrotal skin at the base is quite loose and it’s very difficult to get an overhand OK grip pressed really far down into the base of the shaft without grabbing that skin as well. And I just find it awkward and bumbling to try to pull it back with the other hand during every stroke when there’s lube and timing involved, and I just end up messing up my rhythm. I had been using C grip (overhand) to good effect, but I don’t feel it quite gets as good a pull/stretch and pump, especially at the base.

3) Does having to stop and resume midsession for any reason (too high/low a target erection level, grip trouble, etc) basically ruin the cumulative session you have done so far if too much blood is allowed to exit? I find that I frequently have to stop to adjust erection level and I don’t know if I’m doing enough consecutive strokes to really be effective. The number of consecutive strokes is probably more important and effective than simply total strokes, right?

4) Is there a way to target just the first third of the shaft or so with jelqing? I had an idea to squeeze the shaft above the point you want and then just jelq the revealed portion, but I have no idea if this would be effective. I just find the pressure to be building up in the upper half much more, and while I already had a natural bit of baseball bat shape, I don’t want to make it worse. I know using a higher erection level may help, but I’d rather avoid that for two reasons: I want length more than girth as I already have plenty of the latter, and I don’t want to risk injury.

5) The forum is pretty clear on what a ligament and what a skin stretch feels like, but what does a tunica stretch feel like? Is it like a skin stretch?

Maybe I should’ve posted these one at a time over several days.. This post is probably overwhelming. Whoops.

I’ll try to answer some questions. But a lot of them are solved by not overthinking it.

1. Skin stretch is part of the game. You can’t really change how a fowfer is done and if you’re stretching skin, it’ll stretch and then eventually you’ll get down to stretching what you’re trying to reach. I’d probably suggest doing fowfers after you’ve seen progress and less as an active exercise to generate gains.

2. You can only use the grip you’re capable of. I can’t jelq with an OK grip, overhand or reverse. I use a reverse V, when I jelq. Use what works for you. Don’t obsess over how effective you feel each grip is if you’re only comfortable with one. If it’s working to good effect, focus on that.

3. No. Men with ED struggle with this and get gains just fine. I am one of these, or I was. It’s natural for erections to fade and return in both a PE workout and sexually. Though I prefer devices and exercises that don’t require an erection for this reason.

4. I’m not sure if they discuss it here but other places I’ve been talk about the “mini jelq” so use the search bar and see what you find. I’m pretty sure if you want to target just the upper portion though, that you assume your grip at the lowest part you want to target and work from above that grip you assume. The mini jelq, as far as I recall, works perfectly fine. Also, the Sadsak Slinky.

5. I can’t answer that. I have yet to really use that much of my mind to decode that instead of just use the devices or exercises I need to to achieve the type of results I’m looking for. There are more learned minds here that can answer that for you. I cannot.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I’m mainly doing fowfers for the flaccid gains I read they are supposed to give, but I think you make a good point; I will wait on those until after I’ve done these standard exercises for a while and see what they accomplish first.

Cool. I know the OK grip is a potential problem for me because one of my index fingers causes the penis to twist slightly during the jelq. (And it’s already caused undesirable effects possibly from masturbation over the years) Overhand seems like it pushes more blood but is a bit frustrating to manage.
Forgot about the V Jelq though. Will give that a try.

Pics Below. NOTE: I do not have a Dr. Pepper can for a penis.

1st is overhand grip
2nd is reverse grip

Both done with same hand. Can is at same angle. My body relative to the can’s position is the same. Note how I have rotated my hand and it now covers the Dr. Pepper logo. That’s a reverse, turn your wrist 180 degrees before initiating your grip. The Web between your thumb and forefinger should be facing and touching your pubic area.

Nice! That is the grip I use, turns out. I guess I called it a C grip (so many letters shaped so similarly). Though I wasn’t putting my webbing right up to my pubic area and shaft like that; I bet that would work even better. Sometimes the V causes a little twist for me and I’m pretty sure that will fix it. Gonna try that!
