short and heavy hang or long and medium?
I currently only have time during my day to hang 20 minutes. I do hang at a fairly high weight of 20-24lbs.
Many of you hang at lower weights but for longer times. I have gained over two inches in just over a year by hanging about 16lbs and 20 minutes per day.
My question is will I continue to gain hanging 20 minutes at 20 lbs or do I really need to shift to a lower weight and more minutes in the day?
Your experiences would be welcome.
