I just have a fast question here, how effective is the jelq only?I’m just using that exercise, the wet jelq for a

30 minute period every day with some pauses in between of course, I don’t wanna damage myself(-:

Is it enough using that one only?because I have actually got good gains there, so I’m kinda happy, what do you guys think?

I say if you are getting gains, keep it up! I personally believe jelqing is “the key” exercise to penis enlargement.

Jelq is a good exercice.I obtained my first gains (2cm in lenght en 05girth) with jelq only ;) .

In way for my goal..7.5"x6"

Jelqing is great, and if it does the thing for you, definetily continue.

But if you are aiming for length, it would probably be a good idea to incorporate a bit of streching into your routine.

Keep on doing what you are doing since you are making gains. Once the gains stop then you may want to incorporate other routines.

It’s good for gaining, but you may develop a baseball shaped penis over time, Thinner at the base and thicker mid shaft and at the glands. But there are ways to combat this like base clamping and stretching.

Jelqing is one of the fundamental exercises. When combined with stretching they ususally produce wery good gains. But like Kingdingaling said it most likely will give you a baseballl bat shaped dick which I am kind of experiencing now. But the girth and length are steadily improving.

Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.
