Gaining rate per day?

Gaining rate per day?

In my current routine, which I plan on sticking with for at least two years, I am hanging every day for at least one hour (20 to 30 minute sets). I am increasing weight by 5 ounces every week and not taking any days off. I am also doing 500 jelqs every other day.

I am hoping for gains of at least 0.005 inches per day. Is this realistic?

Note: I’ve done PE for years and have seen overall, noticeable length and girth gains. I have, however, experienced retraction due to inconsistent hanging and/or not increasing weights. Staying at the same weight for a while made my dick thicker and seemed to take a bit away from the length. My theory is that this time around, I will continue to increase weight - consistently and gradually.

What is realistic for one person may not be for another. You have done PE long enough and should know your penis well enough to know what is realistic for you, far better than any of us could know. :)

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Small gains are very hard to track, and gains also are not linear. Personally I’d say no point in tracking things less than a week or a month really.

Current: BPEL 8"/NBPEL 6.75" MEG 5.2", BPFL 6.75"/NBPFL 5.5" FG 4.5"

---

Realistic Goal: BPEL 8.5"/NBPEL 7.5" EG 5.5" | Optimistic: BPEL 9"/NBPEL 8" MEG 5.75" | Dream: BPEL 10"/NBPEL 9" MEG 6.5"

Agreed.

Thank you Firegoat and Phoenix. I appreciate the very zen replies, which I agree with and most certainly ring true.

@Firegoat - Just noticed your line about heating making the difference for gains. That makes sense. I always heard that, but never did that. I will start incorporating a five minute hot wrap before starting. Every little bit helps, and in the world of PE, those micro-differences truly add up over the years.

Regarding tracking, I only track my PE regimen, to keep myself focused (not length, circumference, etc.). Can see and feel that well enough as it occurs. Was just wanting to hear of some others’ gains over the years, broken down into a monthly average. For inspiration I suppose. Think I might need to to some thread sifting of progress reports.

Can you imagine trying to measure one half of one-hundredth of an inch every day? That would certainly drive one batty.

Amazingly though, it’s almost like you can feel the difference - I can pick up a guitar and know by feel if it’s strung with 9s or 10s and that’s only 1/1000” :)
