Gained 1" Length and 1/4" in Girth


I just do the newbie stretches with sometimes a kegel to push some blood in while I stretch it. I will sometimes do them in the shower for some extra heat. I stretch and hold for about 30 seconds in all the different directions and do the clockwise and counter clockwise motions as well.

For the best stretching, the stretch just feels right somehow. It is hard to explain, but just a feeling like you hit that zone where the stretching is doing some good.

I would recommend doing kegels, both after PE and every once in awhile in the day. It helps you max out whatever you have

You are doing a routine based around what I most often recommend, at the intensity I encourage. As long as you keep gaining, don’t change it. If I had my time again, I would stick to that routine and take a decon break when I stopped gaining, followed by exactly the same routine, built up slowly the same way, all over again.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I read the boards for a month before starting. After looking at all the data that routine and lower intensity seemed to work the best for most people. Giving yourself time to rest and not overdoing it not only keeps you away from injury, but also makes easier gains.

The only thing I added to my routine was the orange bends about 2 weeks ago. I liked them because they were again low intensity / at a low erection level. Most people who have tried them seem to get results.

Firegoat, I agree, I am not going to change what is working. I like the idea of the deacon break when the gains do stop, and try to start the same routine over at a lighter level to see if the gains will continue. I think I have read that before, and it was probably you that said it.
