Hey guys, I just started my PE routines again today, and this time I’m hoping to be consistent. I’m starting a little light in the beginning because I’m pretty busy these days, so my routine is:

5 minutes warm up
5 minutes stretch
5 minutes wet jelq
5 minutes stretch
5 minutes warm down

I was just wondering what you guys thought of this “light routine” and if I could expect any gains from it? Also, I’ve heard a lot about the BTC Stretch where you just sit down in front of your computer and that you can do this for long periods of time. But for a newbie like me how long should I be doing the stretch for? I don’t want to end up doing it too long and possibly harming myself. Also, how effective is the BTC stretch in your opinion?

There is nothing wrong with taking it easy at first. I don’t do much more than this now and I have seen good gains. I assume you will be taking days off???

You do have to build up for BTCs. You might want to see how your PIs respond to your routine before you hit the BTCs.

Goal: BPEL- 7.5 // NBPEL -7.0 // Girth- 5.75

The devil is always in the details. You should just start off with your starting routine and get used to stretching. Much of PE is a journey of discovery - you will find out what feels good for you and what does not work. A BTC is a very pronounced stretch of your ligaments. Don’t think you can just start and do BTC stretches for hours at a time. Over time, you might start the BTCs at 5 minutes to start. Get up and check blood flow (penis warmth, etc.). Build up over time.
