Hello, I’m new here, but I browsed the forums a couple of times. I’ll start by saying that I’m 37, and wondering if it’s possible to see gains at my age? I smoke and drink, but other than that, I’m in decent shape. Lol (I do home improvements, so I get some excercise) I’m 5’ 10”, 165 lbs. I will also ask which way is best to measure? I tend to get longer measurements when I’m sitting, as opposed to standing. On a good day, I currently measure 7”(sitting non b.p.) With b.p. I get to around 7 1/2, and my erect girth is at 5.5. I lose about 1/4 inch in length when standing for some reason. I know that I’m at least average, but I wouldn’t mind being 8” by 5 3/4”( wife isn’t as tight as she used to be) To say the least, I used a 9” x 6 1/2” didlo on her when she was drunk, and she had no problems taking it. Let me know if it’s possible to get any results. A half inch in length would be results in my book. I know that if I lost a half inch, I’d be upset, so I’d consider that significant.

Gains at your age should be no problem. Smoking won’t do you any good, though. How much bad it will do is not known.

Measuring sitting or standing is irrelevant, as long as you are consistent about HOW you measure.

Just follow the Newbie Routine, use heat, and DON’T rush things.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I’ve started PE at 45, and have seen modest gains in nearly 7 weeks. I don’t smoke and very rarely drink (my bane is chips), and I could definitely be in better shape. Of course, your lifestyle is entirely your own choice, but understand that smoking is a significant factor in decreasing cardiovascular health, and penile health is enormously vascular in nature. The tobacco companies have probably contributed much to the brisk sales of viagra and its clones.

Measuring only has value if it is done consistently from one session to the next. I measure standing because it is easier to ensure that my erection is at the same angle to my torso (90 degrees) each time I measure. Likewise, I concern myself most with bone-pressed measuring as my weight can vary, and with it the thickness of the fat pad over my pelvis.

It’s entirely possible for you to get results, but it’s entirely up to you to supply the effort, discipline and dedication to stick with PE. PE is a long-term, gradual process for most, so you must resolve to make it a part of your lifestyle. Begin with the suggested Newbie Routine, starting conservatively and working up slowly. Read about Physiologic Indicators (PIs) and watch them closely. I am working out at the maximum recommended times for the basic newbie routine, and that only takes roughly an hour per day, so it’s no great imposition on life.

Your already big, stop smoking and cut back severely on drinking both are a detriment to PE.
