Finished the newbie routine.
I have just finished the newbie routine, which says to increase gradually to 30 mins of jelqing after 6 weeks. I have done so. I think I may have gained about 3 mm of length, but I cannot verify for sure because measuring BPEL is new to me. It appears to be a slight gain though, and after only 6 weeks I’m not expecting much. I’m not sure where to go from here, so, should I do any of the following?
1. Increase jelqing time
2. Increase jelqing quality and intensity
3. Add some more kegels to the jelqing, pre squeeze
4. Add more stretching time
5. Stay the same, at 30 mins jelqing, 10 minutes stretching
Any help on where to go from here is appreciated. I look forward to the day when I can give others advice on how to achieve the gains I did. Right now my BPEL is just over 6” if I press really hard.
