Obligatory, not a beginner.
I had a great pump and stretching session yesterday that resulted me in having slightly worse EQ today. I woke up, and my flaccid felt more dense and my erection quality was weaker. The thing that stood out to me was that my size had not changed. I was the same size as I started, yet my EQ was lower. There isn’t a clear indication of a negative or positive PI. So it’s hard for me to base my rest days on that. I considered working out today again and then resting tomorrow because I can guarantee I will need it. But I could also benefit from a rest day today as well.

Would I consider this negative PI’s and rest today, or are they neutral/good, therefore I would workout today and rest tomorrow?

Take the rest day today and see how you feel. No need to rush things if you are having some uncertainty. PE will be there tomorrow or the next day.

I’m still trying to figure out my rhythm.

I consider a lower erection quality and lack of morning wood to be negative PI’s and usually take a rest day if I notice either of those things. Sometimes I don’t though. Still figuring things out for sure.

Looks like nothing is truly set in stone with PI’s and we are all still figuring ourselves out. Thank you for the replies.

I would just take the day off my man, its a definitely won’t hurt to take the day off, but could hurt if you don’t kind of thing.

When in doubt, take a rest day or two. Just adjust your schedule accordingly. Your dick will thank you.

EQ is the top PI that I monitor, followed by turtling and then edema. Of course you always and constantly need to monitor blood flow with cold glans and pale and white spots on the glans being key concerns. Also a very dark shaft, darker than you usually experience.

There are others but I seldom if ever have experienced them. Stress/strains and other painful responses are included in them.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

After taking the rest day I noticed a few things. One thing was that my size had not changed at all. I’m the same size as i was yesterday. The other thing is that my EQ and veins are more apparent today compared to yesterday. I’m assuming that means I could go 2on/1off then my EQ will drop just in time for a rest day. Another thing that could tell me is that yesterday, I was actually still expanded from my pump session and that’s why my size didn’t change. My CS and glans were on the deflated side, but my girth was the same size while the width was 1/8” larger.

Is having high EQ a must for gains or should i continue staying expanded more often while suffering from worse EQ?
