Few newbie questions

Hi,

I’ve read the newbie routines which are suggested to start with. Just having a few questions about it before I start.

1) When do I do this on a day? For example, when I wake up or when I come from work, or in the evening?

2) If it’s in the morning, can this be done on an empty stomach?

3) I got a blood penis so when I pull on it, the skin go’s with it. Should I use something to make it glide better?

Ok these are the questions I have at the moment. Couldn’t find it using the search function.

2) yes;
3) if you are speaking of stretching, you shouldn’t grab the skin when doing it; if you are referring to jelqs, yes, you need to lubricate your penis.

I forgot about one more question I had to post. Are the exercises painful or do they hurt?

And I was indeed talking about the jelqs. What should I use to lubricate the penis? Is baby oil fine?

Justsomeone, hello and welcome to Thunder’s.

Since Marinera already answered most of your questions, I will just add a few things.

If you are uncut, when stretching you should retract your foreskin.

Jelqing can be done with a lubricant like baby oil (wet jelqing); it can also be done without one, it’s called dry jelqing. The difference between the two is that when you wet jelq, your hand should slide from the base of your penis up to the glans; when you dry jelq, you grab the penis at the base and move forward, but you don’t slide your hand more than a inch or two.

One most important thing - these exercises should never be painful. Slight discomfort is normal, but I say again - very slight discomfort - more of a new feeling of your penis being worked then discomfort.

The most important rule of PE is if it hurts - STOP, you are not doing it right.

I already downloaded the video concerning the stretching exercise. But I can’t tell whether it’s in an erected state or just hanging.

When stretching your penis should be flaccid, not erect.

I got stuck again. I was about to do some kegels but I didn’t know how to. So I Google this up (it’s impossible to find what am looking for on this forum with the search function) and I found a site that explains how to find the PC muscle.

It said while you’re urine hold it up and that was my PC muscle. I was wondering how do you train that muscle?

By hold it up and let it go and repeat?

I’ve used the advanced search and I tried several keywords. None of them are actually in 1 post. It just returns the whole topic and the keywords are spread all over that topic most of them with 50 pages or something.

So you “helped” me out with the search function, but did you had an answer on my question too?

You can lead a horse to water… :horse:

I assume that you now know how to find the muscle in question. Here’s a review: Locating the bc muscle. The only thing you need to do to train that muscle is to flex it (not while peeing). That’s a Kegel.
