I think a shower is a poor substitute for a proper warm up but slightly better than nothing. The most important warm up is the first one. Ideally you should warm up again once your penis has cooled towards body temperature, but if you can only manage one warm up, try to make it at least 5 minutes at which time your penis should be as warm as you can comfortably stand it. It takes a good 5 minutes for the heat to penetrate deeply enough into the tissues.

And ok so about the heating part, basically as hot as I can withstand? Wouldn’t that damage your tissue? And just for clarification, what does heating your penis do?

It is easy for guys to latch onto threads titled “OMG, 1/2 inch in 2 months!!!”. It does happen but it is just as uncommon as guys that are dedicated and gain nothing after a year.

If you can find a way to do some kind of heat before your routine do so. It does make a big difference for most guys. If you are living in a barracks or something then you are probably SOL. For a long time my heat was a car mug full of hot water.

I don’t mean for you to cook your penis. Just use common sense. Short answer - it softens the collagen and makes it more extensible.

Sorry what does sol mean? :P but alright so I’m for sure going to try heat the next time I do PE after my rest days, so basically tomorrow. I’ll go for another couple months with heat and see how much of a difference it will make

good luck man. I did an itnesive rotuien with Ullis and squeezes from almost the beginning and gained 1 cm in 2-3 months…. I cut it down to just stretch and jelq and I seem to have stopped gaining. So my humble advice (Im a newbiew)

would be to add heavier exercises like squeezes or Ullis and move up gradually (specially if you aim for girth too). I will soon decide to use a hanger or an extender…. or maybe both…. I will always do some jelqing tho, it looks healthy to me.

Damn that’s pretty good in a short time, what routine did you use? The one I’m doing now you do stretches in the morning for 20 minutes (I usually don’t have time for that on the weekdays), and then jelqs, horse 440 squeezes, and sadsack squeezes or something at night. I always do that part. Still no gains but that’s probably because I skipped the heating, which I will start to do now.

Also something else, does jerking off after your workout affect your gains? I don’t do it usually but just wondering out of curiosity

My routine is explained in my posts. But I would streth 10 min, then dry jelq 7 min then wet jelq 8 min and every 2 min in wet jelq I did ullis wwatching porn, it would take a while and I quitted

now I emphasize on streches and jelqing, I am not seeing gaing, but I wan to try some strething device soon.

When I masturbate very often some of my gains seem to go away but it is just a matter of EQ I guess.

I was pretty happy with my results but now im getting a bit down. i had to cut down my routine and that is why I want make it up witha device.

I was just whining about how I had made no gains at all after a year of the newbie routine but I must admit that I over-dramatized my feeble results. In fact, I have gained a 1/2” in length and 1/4” in girth but I really considered that to be so trivial that I counted it as no progress for the time expended. Are these really average results? If so, at what point can one expect diminishing returns or is this too highly variable to make a prediction?

At times you are going to get so pissed off with results not coming as fast as you like that you will take months off at a time to get on with other things in your life. Then you’ll go back at it. The pattern will repeat until one day you realise PE is just part of your life at which time the speed of results will cease to matter. Then one day you will wake up and realise you have a big cock. That’s just the way it seems to be.

Just looked at the FAQ, learned lots lol. But sweet I’ll probably do that routine soon.

Does changing up the routines you do often help? Like because working out you get most gains by targeting the muscle groups in different angles and shifting things around, so is it the same thing with PE?

Your last post there, Firegoat is probably the best thing I’ve read in months. I was getting pissed a couple months back with a couple different issues so I backed off about a week. Came back to it with a little different approach. And it’s not a world splitting achievement but it’s first time I’ve increased my BPFSL. And that’s enough to renew my enthusiasm.
