Experts, help a newbie in need
I am new here and just joined.. I start my work out with the warm towel routine, than some stretches combines with the kegels followed by a 10 mins of jelqing which is currently around 15 to 20 mins. I usual stretch and do a few kegels every time I see my unit hanging, while showering for example. But the gains are slow, not sure if its mental or not but my erection changes and I see a big difference sometimes, and other times my unit just looks as it was when I began.. But the main thing I wanted to say is that I am in a long distance relationship and I want to surprise my girl with a monster to fill what couldn’t be reached.
