So far, I have found two routines that refer to piss pulls, which are short stretching exercises every time you use the bathroom. The intention is to increase BPEL and flaccid hang, by keeping the tissue elongated during the day.

One is JAI stretches, which means every time you go to the toilet, you do a bout of 15-30+ reps, where you pull your member lightly for two seconds, then release it for two seconds, pull lightly again, and so on. Apparently, the advantage of this is to circumvent protection mechanisms, that would kick in after roughly 2 seconds, which tenses up the tissue.

The other is having a constant, medium pull for 30-120 seconds, every time you use the bathroom.

Are there any users that do/did this consistently and feel like it works?
Is there any consensus on which works better?

I tried the search engine here, but I cannot see results past the first page and somehow cannot use the advanced search.

I think you’re overestimating the importance of piss pulls. They’re just brief stretches—either straight out or over a finger—for 15 or 30 seconds after pissing, mainly for length maintenance.

Some were swearing on piss pulls, and they are easy to incorporate in my daily life, that’s why I wanted to give it a try.
I think I’ll try JAI piss pulls for a month and see how it goes, otherwise standard twice a day 3 sets of 15 JAI pulls. I don’t like the normal stretching exercises because of the grip and feel, that’s why I want to try alternatives.

Piss pulls are generally incorporated into a routine as a supplement. Or, used as a maintenance exercise. I wouldn’t expect much of a gain from using piss pulls alone.

Do you recommend piss pulls through out the day between hanging sets?

After you pee, pull your cock a few times down, out, over your other hand. Spend 30 seconds on this, but then zip up and go on your way. Piss pulls are just a tiny building block in a PE daily routine.

I call those “de-turtling” stretches.

I always stretch when I go pee. IFK if it helps, but it makes me feel good about myself.

Apparently I have done these unintended every time I have used washroom since last week. Piss-pulls is neat name. I have mostly done these just to reduce turtling and didn’t think much about them.

I stretch randomly through the day, as well as pumping to encourage the exchange of fresh blood. I just see this as good health and have never considered it does anything for the actual size. It is more a relaxation and healing exercise I do to encourage blood flow and the healing process.
