Only doing piss pulls

I wonder how much length one could get from simply doing a 10 second piss pull every time they took a leak for a few months. I’m not talking about expecting 100% the same growth or even 90% of a traditional dedicated PE routine, but what if you could get 60% the same rate of growth but with hardly any of the effort and risk of getting caught that come with dedicated PE sessions? I even wonder if, with this approach, newbies might get nearly the same results as they do anyway with the more time consuming programs they usually do.

I just think it would be interesting to find out what the results were if someone was to try such an approach. If the results were coming in a little lackluster then maybe they could throw in 5-10 minutes of wet jelqing in the morning before their shower or something and see if that does the trick.

Unfortunately, it’s a bad time for me to be the guinea pig because I have this certain hard goal that I’m determined to meet no holds barred a few months from now (related to when I move to certain place and get back together with certain girl blah blah blah).

So basically you are talking about the “less is more” concept? I think this has been debated a lot before. Have you tried searching?

I might be wrong but Hobby, gprent and ModestoMan seems to have a lot of experience with the “less is more” approach. Maybe they’ll find this thread and shed some light on the topic. :)

I swear by “piss-pulls”, as you called them. I use them in addition to other PE and as a maintenance routine if I’m not getting after it.

I would recommend at least a 30 second pull. You’re doing it right if your ligs’ feel sore all the time.

For the reasons that Vkn and others cited: the willingness to trade off slower gains in return for less time investment, lower level of effort required, and decreased need for extended periods of privacy.

There’s an additional benefit. You’re less likely to injure yourself with a lightweight routine of piss pulls and limited jelqing. (I’m sure that someone could figure out a way to hurt themselves even on a routine like that.)

The downside: if gains are slower, it makes the feedback loop of routine versus results more difficult to evaluation. On the other hand, I’m still thinking about Walter’s thread From 5” tp 7”. Now, Walter took breaks from his effort, so his two inch gain in five years was not linear, but I was thinking if you could just gain one millimeter a month, which doesn’t seem like much, that would be sixty millimeters in five years, or about 2 1/2 inches.

I know, I know: PE doesn’t work that way. But if there is an upper limit to gains, as long as you’re gaining, you’re going to get there. If you have the patience to do it more slowly, that may not be a bad thing.

Less is more in terms of rest breaks. Jelqs should be slower and so should stretching just for the sake of preventing injuries.

Whom,piss pulls. It could work if you piss frequently enough, say every two hours. By the way folks if your pissing every two hours your dehydrated. Perhaps this is a reason for slow gains gains. For the body and for the dick.

How exactly is it that you can “swear by” them if you use them as maintenance (implying no new growth) or with other PE (who knows what is causing the growth)?

I do piss pulls everytime I go. I pull for only about 10 seconds. I also do the c-pulls when exercising. I really can’t say that I can attribute piss pulls to my gains, but I would like to think they help.

Whatever floats your boat. Personally I rather gain that 2 and a half in a year than in five years. I think that the cause of injury is because of overlooking something, oertraining, bad technique etc, most caused by over exitd individuals who dont pay attention to what they are doing or knowing when to stop.

Yes, I have only done manual stretching and have gained just over 1/2 an inch sinch January. I stretch whenever I can but always for a short period of time.

TNT: You mentioned C pulls. I credit my length gains to a type C stretch I do which I did not learn on Thunders. It gives me a much better stretch than a V stretch. I can get more strength on the pull. Tell me man. How do you do the C pulls you are doing? Thanks

I wouldn’t be surprised if the ultimate in ratio of gains vs time/effort put into PE might be through combining this kind of piss-pulls only approach with very regular decon breaks. For example, piss-pulls for 2 months followed by a month of decon, repeat ad infinitum. I imagine with such a program one might basically be able to realize nearly perpetual newbie ratios of effort relative to gains. Maybe it’d be thousands of hours saved over a PE career in exchange for taking only an extra 20-40% longer or something to arrive at final goal. Maybe you’d still grow the 2”s or whatever that you wanted, only in 4 years instead of 3, for example.
