Hey guys.

Newbie here.

I would like to focus on my length. Any techniques that I should try? Appreciate your feedback.

Just stick with the newbie routine for 2 to 3 months. You must complete the newbie routine before you go ahead and try anything different . Newbie routine is the foundation to all other exercises ,it condition’s your penis to handle the stress later on when you move to advance exercises .


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST

If you feel too much soreness and/or reduced erections, take a week rest and restarts on the “Linear Newbie Routine”, that is a lighter approach for beginners.

I’m currently doing the Linear Newbie Routine, already noticed increased EQ and morning/night wood.
Before I overtrained myself, made some length gains with the Newbie Routine, step up my routine too quickly and end up having some time off, resting.

This time I’m going as slow as I can, to avoid stay away from PE. It is safer to start slow and easy than start fast and agressively.

I will stick to this Newbie routine until my member becomes comfortable. Perhaps in the next 2 months. Then progress to another program.

Looking forward to seeing gains after a few months.
