best exercises for length
this is roughly my second week of PE, I’ve been reading these forums for quite a while and I’ve finally made the decision to be committed to a routine. I built the Captain’s Wench (THANK YOU CAPTAIN!), which I love and have been hanging, started with 5 lbs, hung with 8 lbs a few times. I did the LOT theory test and I had trouble determining an exact estimate because it stops somewhere between 9 and 6, but I have trouble distinguishing between say 8 and 7. should I hold a clock next to it or something? probably not a bad idea…what do you folks use? I see people estimating 7:30 and that’s difficult for me to claim precision at that level
So now that I’ve gotten a feel for the idea that PE works, tried the techniques, and gotten comfortable with it all, me and the girlfriend finally had the talk, went through the usual “you’re plenty big already baby”, “why would you want to do that it’s gonna hurt you”,”I love you for you, no matter if you were 2 inches long”
So we decided that I should gain an inch in length. She says my girth is fine, she wants to be able to still receive it in the rear without pain so girth gains would not be in either of our interest. I’m 7.75 now, gained a quarter inch in these past 2-3 weeks of PE which she noticed :-D and 6 in girth at the base. My goal is to get to 9, and no girth gains.
I’ve been reading and searching this site a ton, love you guys, best supportive environment in a forum I’ve been in. So I’ve noticed jelqing with little erection is best for legnth gains, erect for girth. I also assumed hanging is good for length gains as well. however I’ve heard of the majority of peopel making gains from jelqing. I fear jelqing will give me too much girth, but this is a price I’d be willing to pay if it’s what will get me the length.
Sorry for all the rambling but here is my question, for the Cliff notes version:
What exercises, specifically are IDEAL for length gains? I know jelqing non-erect, hanging, pumping, and stretching will all get me there, but which will get me there most efficiently?
