I’m new to this, and pretty sure I can’t stick to a time consuming routine for months based on accounts from (with respect) strangers on the Internet.
I’ve been trying to find evidence of gains on this site and others, and can’t seem to find anything convincing. Even the picture logs are disorganised and usually don’t show before pics.
I’m basically OK with my size - I’d just like a little more if possible - so I don’t feel the need to do PE on it unless it’s demonstrated to work.
What convinced everyone else to start? Was it just a case of why not?
I want to believe.
