Hello,

I just had a question about erection strength. It seems the majority of the time when I have an erection, it is only at around 90%.

Because of this, I find myself “flexing” my penis during sex or masturbation to maintain the erection. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I’ve read somewhere that “flexing” during sex could also lead to premature ejaculation, which is another one of my problems.

Are kegel benefits instant? I haven’t been doing them lately.

I hear it takes a few weeks to show up. From my own experiences, starting them cold several years ago took maybe 8 weeks before I started seeing what I felt were consistent, noticeable results. I picked them up again recently and this time around it only took maybe 2 weeks. I’m not sure if the difference comes from having a better idea of how to do them now, or if it was because I was “fresh” back then.

I started doing kegels lately after I hang. And I really can feel my PC muscle getting bigger and bigger. Erections are really good now not saying it was bad before. But Kegels do help with your overall erections

Kegels will give the 10% you are after

Kegels is perfect to help maintain 100% erection. Do them often and do them for 3 or 4 minutes at a time. I started them a year ago and would only be able to do them effectively for 2 minutes or so. Work your way up to 15 mins or so. I think after that it doesn’t have as much of an effect. Also being comfortable with a girl helps. If you are 100 percent comfortable with your size then you should never have a problem.

I don’t think this concerns everybody, myself, when I’m doing kegels I don’t have so much of a great erection strength,like when I’m not doing them.

I was on the same leaky boat, now I’m a boat thats about to go under, as a teenager I kegel while having sex because of my erections weren’t strong and thus lead to me having premature ejaculation now. Starting PE and kegels now again since holidays and family always seems to upset the routine! Damm family.

There are many types of kegels…

TYPE
Erect kegels vs flaccid kegels

DURATION
Quick 1 second squeezes vs Long duration squeezes 50 seconds or more and everywhere inbetween

INTENSITY
Holding lightly vs holding strongly

ROUTINE
Everyday vs Once a week and everywhere inbetween

SPLIT ROUTINE
All in one go vs Doing little bits throughout the day

This is just to name a few, i found i had to mess about with all the variable above to get some good results. And for me it took a few weeks to see the results once i found the right combination FOR ME. Since every bodies recovery times are different

Yes,that’s true. The kegels which I’ve done, were erect ones. Maybe flacid ones would have other outcome.

I’ve got a question to those who see improved EQ from kegels, do you do them intensely, like syler said,holding strongly ? flacid/erect?

I can’t think of anything that has positively impacted my EQ as much as doing cardio. I stopped doing it when I hit around 30 and recently started up again and my EQ has gone through the roof. It’s a win/win…improved EQ, reduced fat pad (abs are starting to come back) and overall improved health.

Personally with the intensity, i start off my kegel routine squeezing with light intensity and work it up. The last few kegels i squeeze as hard as possible to make sure the muscles are really WORKED
