Kegels, erection strength, and ejaculation power

I’ve become pretty unsatisfied with my erection strength and the power of my ejaculation. I can still get pretty hard, but only if I’m really horny, and even then it’s not as good as it used to be.

In addition my ejaculation is pretty pathetic, lol. I can sometimes get one good squirt and then the rest just sort of comes out. I remember when I was like 18 the first shot was so powerful… it would shoot way out.

I’m really curious as to whether kegels have helped people with these two problems. I remember doing them a few years ago… the point being to try to last longer during sex, not for erection strength… so I don’t remember if they helped with my erection strength or not.

I started doing some kegels last night and am going to continue for sure, but it would be nice to hear whether any people have had any significant improvements in those two areas with a good kegel routine… I’m still sort of weary about it.

How old are you? I have been doing kegels regularly for a couple of months. I found some improvement with respect to erection strength but, alas, no improvement to squirt velocity. Yeah, it used to be quite impressive, now it’s ho hum.

At the age of 23, the only times my erection is not strong enough (which is really rare) and ejaculation is weak is when I am not focused on something that arouses me, or when I cum too soon (within first 5 minutes for example).

I find that the more I delay ejaculation the stronger the erection and ejaculation gets.

Oh, and after experimenting for some time with edging, both those things have gotten really stronger.

I dunno if it would help, but have you tried taking aspirin and seeing if that helps blood flow?

L-Arginine is good for sperm volume. I get it at Wal-mart. I take six a day. Do a search on it at this site. Also, jelqs help erection quality.

I must say jelqing helps the strenghten the stiffness of my erections. If anyone knows the secret to shooting your load…please tell me. I could use some help in that area as well.

I think he might mean eating more fruits and vegetables.

I read a long time ago that especially vegetables are supposed to give you really hard erections.

I have no idea how much you have to eat though and whether eating other food will hinder the effect of the vegetables or not.
