Is there a routine/exercises, which are entirely EQ-oriented?

Routine with just jelqs and Kegel’s. If your goal is not to grow, just do 2 session per weeks of jelqs and it will do wonders. Start with just, say, 25 jelqs or whatever and add some reps week by week according to your feeling.

All excersises that are foucesd on girth will enhance your EQ if you don’t overdo.

Any routine you do should help your eq. If it doesn’t than you are most likely doing something wrong.

Haven’t start yet, I’m trying to pick the best one for me.. So I’m thinking of the linear newbie routine and I’m going to concentrate on the very proper technique of the exercises (=
