Please try to work with me. I am going to attempt to compile a list of routines individuals have abandoned due to lack of results and routines used which did yield gains. If you would please input the routine you were doing, frequency, height, age, race. We may be able to determine what routines don’t work for whom and why. Thanks for everyones input.

Routine that didn’t work for me: IPR inspired modified newby routine. There was a thread started by babbis on it which has since been removed. Essentially, it consisted of lightly jelqing for 10 minutes every three days. I gained nothing in the ‘I’ stage so stopped there.

The reason I asked for age, height, race and other variables is so that I may use them in my study to determine if these variables play a part.

Essentially I would like to try to determine which routines someone should be doing to facilitate the best possible gains. This would be an constantly evolving PE routine according to age, height, and race. The idea behind this is to see if at a certain age, should some routines be utilized instead of others.

Age may have some bearing on PE, but I don’t think anyone has ever proposed that height or race does.

Determining if age and speed of gains are related is difficult enough; doing the same for specific routines and those other variables won’t be a thankful task, imo. But if you get enough replies, I guess there’s nothing stopping you.

I do like the idea of having a ‘repository of ineffectiveness’ though. :)

I bet a lot of older members actually have faster initial gains. This would chiefly be due to their regaining “lost size” due to better erections and fat pad eradication.

PE START (11/10/07) 6.0 NBP x ~5.1 CURRENT (3/07/08) 6.75 NBP x 5.5 - 7.25 BPEL

1/4" with Noose extender (11/06-03/07) - Zero gains with Vac-hanging/Extender and ADS (05/07-11/07) -

1/2" gain with modified Vac-Extender (/w spring loaded compression bars) and manual routine since 1/10/08. ----- Having erection issues? Get off the aspartame! I did and a couple months later my cock is hard as a rock!
