Elastic skin vs gains
I just thought of this and I had to ask this.
Does having an elastic body skin (more elastic than normal), have anything to do with getting easier and larger gains? Or is it the opposite or it is not relevant at all?
I have quite an elastic skin everywhere on my body, I can pull it a bit more far than what is considered to be normal..
Does anyone here can verify any theory regarding the correlation of elasticity of the skin and gains from studies or personal experience?
