Do PE techniques stimulate skin growth

Do PE techniques stimulate skin growth

Reading through past threads I came across occasional speculation about skin growth, or concerns about unwanted skin growth, mostly with respect to use of stretching or hanging techniques. There didn’t seem to be any clear answers either way about what to expect. I can see that hanging and/or stretching (ADS methods) would prompt skin growth, since there is similarity to foreskin restoration (FR) methods. What about jelqing, more specifically wet jelqing? Wet jelqing doesn’t stress the skin so much, which is precisely why I use lube.

My intent, actually, is to intentionally grow abundant new skin as I am attempting to restore. I’ve recently decided to do PE concurrently, not only in hopes of enlarging my penis, but also to try and maximize the vascular health of my skin (and the penile core). With my skin already stressed by FR efforts I’m carefully avoiding dry jelqing—injuries would only set me back in both pursuits.

When I started PE recently, it occurred to me that perhaps I was working at cross purposes. If I actually got tunica growth, would I negate my hard-won gains from FR? I suffered from very tight skin prior to my start at FR and would hate to end up that way again. Not that I’d complain about a longer penis, of course, but I’ve put much effort and time into growing a modest amount of skin during the period I was doing only FR. I’m into the newbie routine now and am getting familiar with jelqing. EQ has improved. I intend to stick with jelqing and manual stretches as long as possible. Hanging scares me, and the stretching devices are not something I want to venture into unless jelqing proves fruitless over an extended period of time. Can I expect regular wet jelqing sessions to help in skin growth over the long term?

I’m sure the skin covering my dick grew circumferentially as I gained girth. Its axial growth is harder to judge. I can see that pubic hair extends farther down my shaft than it used to, by about 1/2” or more. This means that either my longer erections pulled my pubic skin forward (likely), or that new skin has grown to cover the new length, but the skin that’s grown has primarily been pubic skin rather than shaft skin.

I suspect your FR efforts may be at cross purposes with your PE efforts, as any slack you create with FR is likely to be taken up by your longer shaft, and perhaps then some.

On the other hand, if you’re interested in having a bigger dick, you’ll need new skin to cover it, and FR is probably a better way to go than harvesting skin from your pubic region. I think your dick will have a more natural look if you grow the skin through FR.

But the more dick you get, the more FR you’ll have to do.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

Really, it’s just kind of a fantasy dilemma to end up with a drum tight erection again. After many hours’ time reading through archived posts here it’s obvious that gains of upwards of 2” length are rare, and I’d decided that about 2” was a fairly significant quantity. That kind of gain ought to make for a real difference in erect skin tightness if the shaft skin wasn’t growing in concert with the penis lengthening. I do have some skin to grow into, thanks to my earlier FR, but I hope not to lose any ground with respect to free-moving skin. Absolutely, I don’t want to draw any abdominal skin onto my shaft. That happened in my youth thanks to being circumcised.

My experience with FR is that growth is quite slow, but probably considerably faster than penis enlargement. I think I should be able to stay well ahead of the game in the skin department. It would be nice if the diligent jelqing helped to foster skin growth in addition to what I’m already doing. I know I’ll be at FR for at least two years, probably longer, so it should dovetail well with trying PE. Both being long-term projects, keeping at FR and PE simultaneously seems the best use of that time. Killing two birds with one stone, as the saying goes. Although FR most likely won’t impact PE, perhaps PE (specifically jelqing) will help my FR.

What methods did you use for FR?

I used T-tapes for most of two years. Now I’m trying the DTR. Although tapes do a great job, I got tired of the inconveniences of dealing with medical tape.

The penis was meant to have foreskin. I was cut as an infant. As a teen and older erections were very tight skinned. Masturbation usually resulted in chafed or torn skin. Using fake lube was mandatory. The worst consequence is substantial loss of sensation due to relentless exposure of glans and inner skin remnant, leading to sexual performance troubles becoming apparent in my 30s. When restoring a few years ago I enjoyed a substantial increase in sexual sensation in my inner skin and frenulum remnant, and to a lesser degree my glans. That increased feeling was more intense than anything I had ever felt before, even as a very horny teen. The foreskin contains the greatest concentration of sexually dedicated enervation in the penis (not the glans). It serves as a secondary form of lubrication during vaginal intercourse. Being cut never saved me from premature ejaculation. It made me unable to know where I was in my own sexual response during intercourse. By the time I could tell I was close to cumming, it was already way too late. My dick basically has little feeling until orgasm, and it has always been this way. It seemed remarkable to me how involving and complete female orgasm was compared to my own.

You’re entirely welcome to get circumcised if you cannot stand your own foreskin. As an adult you can consent to the surgery—I was not given that chance. You can discuss with your physician the degree of cut, which structures to spare, and so on—I was not given that option. I’ve lived my life with a scarred, numbed dick. I see absolutely no good in that. Cut dicks look like damaged goods, because they are.

Infant circumcision is not the same as when done in adulthood. The infant penis is not fully developed; it’s foreskin is physically attached to the glans surface and must be forcefully peeled off. The foreskin itself is then typically crushed, severing numerous blood vessels and nerves. The adult intact penis has had the benefit of maturing in it’s natural state, the glans completely protected and the vasculature and enervation intact throughout adolescence, puberty, and into adulthood. Getting cut as an adult you at least won’t suffer any immediate glans damage, but you will permanently loose an enormous component of your sexually dedicated nerves. Although some men come through circumcision satisfied, many go on to greatly regret the procedure due to loss of feeling, some to the point of inability to orgasm. Some who were cut as adults, and who went on to successfully restore, reported that while they regained considerable feeling, it was a mere shadow of what they had known as intact. Circumcision is not benign.

I’ve had a taste of the kind of sensations I should be feeling during sex when I was first attempting to restore. That feeling is gone now as I was not able to grow enough new skin to get coverage. I want that feeling back—it was the best I had ever known in my life prior to my restoration efforts. It’s already beginning to return to a small degree, and I hope to see the process through to completion. If you desire to get cut, educate yourself as fully as possible about male sexual anatomy before consenting to it. That way, you’ll have no one else to blame except yourself if later on you find it was a great mistake. There is absolutely no way to know how it will turn out for you over the long term except to have it done, so in that sense it’s a crap shoot. I have over two years of struggle invested in FR already, and anticipate a minimum of two more to get reliable coverage. You can see that I’m extremely unhappy being cut. It wouldn’t do me much good to get a larger dick from PE, only to have it be a numb, nearly useless dick.

Man I have never see things that way, if you put in a practical way, I have no problems with my skin, the sensation it’s good, I can longer the time I want, and have no problems with hygiene too, the major concern for me, it’s the appearance factor if you can understood me, I think woman (in majority) preffer cut dick than uncut, despite the fact that I think it make my dick look far more ugly. Today I am only thinking about loose my frenulum, because this REALLY concerns me, but who knows in the future I may forget about the circumcision process.

I’m not sure about skin “growth” but I know I experienced a lot of stretching. I was uncut until I was about 38.

After my circ I was fairly tight. One of the first things I noticed after starting PE was stretch marks. I have quiet a few now.

Mostly perpendicular to the shaft. They are very light and almost unnoticeable. I suspect if you are very tight you will get some stretching

also. I know many others have.

Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal: my strength lies solely in my tenacity.

I hope not to get stretch marks. It did happen earlier during FR, but I was working with excessive tensions (unwittingly). The marks eventually faded away as I backed off on tension level, and then after ceasing tugging altogether. I believe stretch marks are a product of intense skin tension, rather than light modest tension applied over longer terms. I’m after lots of new healthy skin.

It sounds, Phyriel, as if you have an appearance issue with your foreskin. I don’t know what to say about that, other than we all have our own aesthetic preferences. I personally think that the intact penis looks very naturally masculine. As far as female preferences are concerned, the vast majority of women around the world are with intact men and are happy enough. We men are expected to accept women as they are made, aren’t we? Don’t permanently modify your anatomy for the sake of some particular woman, or what you imagine she wants. If you meet a woman who says she would prefer you to be cut, ask her if she would have her labia removed for you.

When I was considering starting FR several years ago, I realized that I needed an education about male anatomy. Most all of my generation was cut, so that’s all I saw in school locker rooms. After some study it was clear that there’s much variety in appearance of the intact penis. Some foreskins are tremendously long, others quite short. Some are loose, others too tight to fully retract, yet cause the man no trouble. The glans has every conceivable shape. Distinctly curved erections are surprisingly common. Apparently, most men with a lateral curve have a left curve. Why that is I would have no idea. On most men the left testicle hangs lower when relaxed, but my right nut is the lower one. I’m also right-handed, but left-eye-dominant, so I’m all mixed up physically.

As far as male genitals go, it’s all good. Be thankful for your good health and virility, and try to keep those as long as you can.

move to Europe. Or most other places where being intact IS normal…because well its how you were born! 70% of men world wide are intact. US has more in common with 3rd world middle eastern and African countries when it comes to male genital integrity, though things are slowly changing for the better as people see circumcision for what it is, mutilation.
