My on/off days vary depending on PI’s

Now it’s something like 1on/2off or 2on/3off

I was enjoying edging without ejaculation two days ago and it felt great, my unit seemed much bigger in my hands and ruler said the same :)

I’ve found that less is more works for me great, and particularly those slow 10seconds jelqs [thanks to kingpole].

And one more question: can I do kegels random during the whole day, like I did yesterday, 10 times by 10 jelqs (=100 jelqs :) , and what about kegels while erect?, I’ve found it pleasant.

Kegel away. Do 1000 a day if you can. It is impossible to over kegel.

Erect kegel feels great and is great for your penis. Put a star next to that one as well.

Edging also feels great and is great for your penis, and because the stress is entirely internal (i.e. no external forces like hands / pumps / clamps) I beleive that it is impossible to do too much edging.

Go ahead and edge and kegel as much as you want - in fact, you will probably get great gains this way!

But I have to comment that doing more off time than on time is something I have never seen before. If it is working for you, great; keep it up. If you decide that you want to increase the intensity a little bit you might try a 2 days on 1 day off routine.

Experiment though. I found edging for 45 mins negatively affected my PI’s. 30 mins is just about right.

On kegels, do longer ones as well as shorter ones - I read a book by a “man doctor” who suggested a program of 25 to 30 five second kegels every day. He said that was very good for strengthening the levitor ani muscles, thereby improving erection quality.

It’s interesting that I’ve started with much more pressure during jelqing but probably my boy isn’t ready for too much, I had issues with oversensitive shaft and sharp pain along the shaft 2 times, guess it was a nerve. Today I can’t measure more than 6.8 although not fully erect, and yesterday I did my routine easier than ever before.

Yeah, someone said “keep it in pleasure zone”, that’s whats helped me a lot.

Really? In my case, my orgasm was down the drain instead of improving because I overdid it. I’ve also read that it’s better to do it on an every other day basis. Now I’m confused.

I find edging a good way to strengthen resolve. Edge away my boy!

I am still confused about edging without external help like hands etc. That would be just plain erection (with added kegels for instance), I’ve maintained my erection with the help of my hands, some kind of easy playing with my unit.
I’ve lost my full morning wood I used to have, but still have daily erections, I can’t stop them (I mean I can but.:( ) , so this would be more than 30minutes of edging without external contact (except pants).
Prior to PE I had rock hard erections and there wasn’t a single morning I would woke up without an erection.
I think I’m missing some important facts here..

What about fowfers, can I do them daily also?

Brightestday not to steal your spotlight. I have found that edging almost everyday (roughly an hour or less whatever permits) and Never Ejaculating without a female causing it, is seriously beneficial in maintaining gains, seeing and feeling your erect/flaccid progress, increased overall sense of well-being, better ejaculation control (obviously), more intense orgasms, and greater pleasure throughout your entire cock. I guess what I’ve noticed is the most beneficial is to not ejaculate for as long as possible by means of masturbation or over-edging. But if your girl/ wife/ whatever needs it then Definitely give up the build-up!

Oh you willl need to use your hands to stimulate yourself. Or maybe something like a fleshlight if you have that.

By “the stress is internal,” he means your penis is stretching out bigger and bigger by being filled with blood naturally, versus with a clamp or penis pump which is an “external device applying the stress.

Hope that explains it better, maybe it will help if you reread his post.

Depends on my mood. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. Like c33 says, it is still a lot of fun even if you don’t blow your load. It is good for the prostate to ejaculate at least several times a week.

Um, actually it is quite possible to over kegel. Like all muscles, the kegel muscles are prone to over training and damage. Personally I always kegel 1 day on 1 day off, otherwise it gets sore.

Yeah thanks, I’m rereading it, I was very active reader during these 3 months, so I’ve probably missed something, anyway WhiskeyFish said that stress was “entirely internal” .. So that’s why I was “worried”
