Doing stretches during off-days. Is it ok

During rest days from jelqing is it still ok to do stretches?


December 2008 BPFL=2.75 with BPEL=4.5

GOAL IS BPEL=7

Do you stretch during your normal routine?
I think that you shouldn’t since it is a rest day but you can always try it and see what the results are :)

You can do whatever you want buddy. I stretch Everyday no matter what, twice a day, morning and night. I get good results.


Best stats 2009 = NBPEL - 6.25", BPEL - 7.25".. Mid EG - 5".. Base EG - 5.75" BPSFL - 7.375 —New stat 2021 = NBPEL - 5.5", BPEL - 6.5", Mid EG - 5.25

If it doesn’t affect your eq it’s ok, but better to leave your willy alone and truely rest it.

I think two weeks in is far too early not to take rest days.

There is a risk of overtraining and strengthening to halt gains.

I’d stick 2 on 1 off for at least 2 months.

I was thinking about this the other day.

I mean, when training for flexibility in muscles you are advised to stretch everyday for best results.

I’m stretching each day for 5 month and it’s going OK.

Leobon, try it, but watch your PI! Stop if any negative sign appears.


Starting BPEL: 6.9" (Dec.1st, 2008)

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

I do piss pulls all the time, and even fowfer on my rest days (of which there are very few). I consider a rest day no jelqing or clamping.

I’m wondering if you can overdo regular stretches. I had a decline in EQ yesterday, should I safely assume that I overdid the jelqing and not stretching?

I’d suggest do simply the newbie routine as it is written, for the first 2 months at least, Leobon. So, on rest days, rest.

Yes, Pushin, one can overdo manual stretching.

I do some piss pulls everyday. I’ve been having better EQ, more morning erections and gains, so I figure what I’m doing isn’t unhealthy. I say give it a try if you’re not gaining, and look to your body for feedback.
