Maximum limit of stretches
I’ve PE for some month now and I’m doing my stretches in 5 directions down-right-left-out-up and 6/directions —> 5x6= 30 stretches.
The newbie routine say you should do 10 than increase to 20 stretches, but that does mean in just one direction? Or total?
I know you should not increase if you’re still gaining etc. But how far did you go concerning manual stretches? Can I increase it eventually to like 10-20 in each direction which will be a total of 100 stretches.? (Now that will take some time)
