Do I really need kegels

As I have read, Kegels are only helpful when you want HARD penis, right? (Sorry if I get the name of the excercise wrong)
But, what If I think that maybe my penis is strong and hard enough already?
Should I still continue, or do some more Jelp instead?
By the way, I just started the newbie routine. It was great, I did stretching first then 10 minutes of jelps.
One question before I finish my thread.
When I watched the video of dry jelp, the penis in there was soft to me and the guy could squeeze it easily. Is it my penis too hard or I am not using enough force on it?(My dick is the hard type when erected and hard to move around once it is erected)

Some guys automatically contract their BC muscles when they do PE, so they don’t need to do any extra. If your erections are hard enough for you, and you can keep it hard long enough to make you happy, then no…you can skip them for now.

You don’t want a very hard erection when jelquing. Most guys like to work in the 50-70% range. More than that can be too stressful and not productive.

You don’t really need to do PE. Kegeling is extremely useful for manual PEers: having good control allows you to control the flow of blood into your penis during exercises in bursts; even for people who think of themselves as having diamond hard erections kegeling is an important part of PE from the basics right the way up to advanced stuff; it helps with stretches; it helps with jelqing and lots of girth work; and it will give you a greater understanding of your anatomy (unless you’re a doctor or something and not a doctor of physics or business law but rather a medical doctor or a vet or maybe even a butcher dependant upon what you butch (can you say that (probably not))).

I see. I was going 100% when jelquing. I will go 70% tomorrow tommorrow. Also, what else do you recommend me, a new comer, to do.
Right now, here is my list

Warm Up Towel-5 minutes
Stretch-5 minutes (I will try 70% on this tommorrow too)
Jelquing-10 minutes
Done.

I really want it fast! Is there more exercise for me to do? I gotta time since it is summer vacation.

Do your kegels after your workout. You may think your dick is hard now, but try it and you will be pleasantly surprised in your new, harder,fuller dick. As far as getting your results fast. Remember this is your dick your working on. If you try to go fast you will end up hurting yourself and your summer break will really suck. I’ve been told this and I tell others this to realize PE is a marathon not a sprint.

I think kegels are very, very important. They may seem boring and awkward before you’ve tried them or when you’ve just started, but you will be surprised at how useful and fun they actually are.

How does kegeling control your bloodflow? I thought it just moves your ligament, or that’s what it appears to me.

When you Kegel, you’re contracting the BC muscle.

I bolded a comment because it worries me. This isn’t a sprint, it isn’t a exercise in how fast you can get something done. This is a marathon, it takes time to get the result you are after; yes there newbie gains. If you try to rush things, you will stand a greater chance of hurting yourself and that slows down gains even more when you have to stop PEing altogether.

Listen to the more seasoned people here who have gone down the road before you. They can help you keep from hurting yourself. Now, one comment on kegels, no they aren’t mandatory, but they do help with over all penile health and should be done. And not just when you PE, but whenever during the day you think about doing them.

Hi wecholo and welcome to thudersplace, I hope you can achieve your goals here. I have 22 years and have strong and hard erections, really hard, I have been doing kegel for two years now (maybe a little bit more) I can say to you that even I being young and having good erection, kegels has improved even more my erections, today I can make the second round of sex (when my girls does not get ropeburn, witch she always get) even without my dick going a little bit flaccid.

But really man it’s up to you, awsering your questions, No, you do not have to kegel, but it will really improve your sexual pace.

Hey Phyriel do you really believe in kegels? What is your routine?
