Do I really need kegels
As I have read, Kegels are only helpful when you want HARD penis, right? (Sorry if I get the name of the excercise wrong)
But, what If I think that maybe my penis is strong and hard enough already?
Should I still continue, or do some more Jelp instead?
By the way, I just started the newbie routine. It was great, I did stretching first then 10 minutes of jelps.
One question before I finish my thread.
When I watched the video of dry jelp, the penis in there was soft to me and the guy could squeeze it easily. Is it my penis too hard or I am not using enough force on it?(My dick is the hard type when erected and hard to move around once it is erected)
