Do hot soups help PE and weight lose ?

For a long time I had that question will healthy food make your gains better ? In general if you eat healthy and be active your genes will change over time for the good .

So what fruits and vegetables do I need to get ?

Also 1 guy on a random comment on YouTube video said :hot soup 2 time’s a day help you lose weight and can make you penis bigger because of the good blood flow!

So is it real ?

There is also a great book called ‘the hardness factory’s where a doc talks about how to eat and live in order to have maximum dick hardness, which also is how to have maximum heart and body health. It’s funny men won’t stop eating cheeseburgers and smoking if you tell them that they will die from it. But they will stop right away if you even mention that their dick won’t work so well.

What will make you lose weight is the energy deficit, where you are using more than you are ingesting.

The presentation of the dish is up to the person’s taste and that guy you’ve mentioned appears to enjoy a little soup.

Personally soup isn’t a great option because depending on the ingredients that are being used you won’t be chewing too much, and chewing has a major influence on the satiety.

The problem I see with soup, and I mean canned soup, is that it is loaded with salt and that is not healthy.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

True but soup isn’t hard to cook and is easy to make healthy.

I’ve been eating a version of Primal for about 18 months. I say a “version” because I eat some dairy and have incorporated carb cycling once or twice a week along with Primal.

Since I’ve switched to this:
-I lost roughly 15 lbs. Of that 15 lbs I’d say 10-12 was fat.
-My energy levels have gone way up and I don’t have that afternoon crash.
-I’ve never suffered from ED but I will say my sex drive has increased even more. To the point that sometimes my wife can’t keep up and it’s actuallly started some arguments.

I highly recommend listening to that podcast. It’s change my view on nutrition. I used to think fat was bad and carbs only gave you energy.

On a side note: The Doc I dated a few years back was a pescetarian and ate salt like no one I’ve ever seen before and was one of the healthiest females I’ve ever had the joy of sleeping with+ salt is really good.
I’m very interested in healthy eating so I try to stay on top of my knowledge game, and yesterdays ‘facts’ very, very often gets proven wrong and debunked.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.
