Should I lose weight before PE or do both

Hi, I just recently decided to try gain some extra length since having a large girth makes my unit look pretty short. However I have to admit I am overweight at 250lbs and being 5ft 10in, but most people think I weigh alot less when I tell my actual weight though. So I was wondering if I should lose weight first to get rid of the fat on the base and improve my blood circulation, or should I do both?

My current size:

6” NBPEL 7.2” BPEL x 5.6” MEG 6” BEG

I tried my best to bone press as much as possible but it hurts after I hit 1 inch mark, plus my erection always quickly dies when am measuring.

Do both and you will see improvements in many areas.

If time constraints are a concern and the two practices are mutually exclusive for you, I would focus on losing the weight first. Your penis is already extremely impressive. Best to sort out your health issues first. If you have plenty of time, do both.

Doing both sounds like it be a good idea, but at the moment my time constraints is pretty bad since am studying Computer Science at Uni, plus having a part-time job and dealing with friends and family really does leave me with barely much time, I will defiantly focusing on losing weight first since my health is more important and beneficial and hopefully I should have some free time to start PE around early or mid Dec.

Why focus on doing one then then the other, then contributing to others… when you can put your mind to it and lose weight while getting bigger at the same time and still be able to spend time with friends and loved ones.

All you have to do is commit 30 minutes a day to pe in the morning on an empty stomach. After a cold shower to wake you up then a hot warm up under the water, which is about 5 min if you don’t dottle. The entire pe routine could involve something like jelqing or pumping for for 10 minutes to expand the blood vessels, another 10 min of stretches so long as you don’t wear out your hands, which is why I like to take a few seconds off after 30 seconds or so. The final 10 minutes would be used for the exercise or device that really takes it out of you. Something like clamping, high hg pumping, or hanging. When you’re done then mix 20 grams of whey protein in water and sip on it every few minutes while jogging for another 30 if you can handle it. Then eat a balanced meal right after.

I get this routine done in about 30-45 min a day every other day and have even stronger erections and more of them than the old stand by of hour long sessions. To sweeten the deal even more you’ll burn about 100-150 calories by just pe alone due to the hormonal surges and rapid heart beat from sex (or simulated sex). The only downside is that this takes a lot out of you and will cause a severe dip in your blood sugar so be sure to have a small piece of fruit with a healthy protein source afterwards or else you’ll risk feeling lethargic until you eat enough carbs. Trust me on this I have experienced this enough and nothing short of a little candy helped me learn.

Increasing your overall bodily health will increase your chances of making gains. Also, losing weight, I.E. thinning the fat pad, will make your NBP longer.

30 minutes a day does not sound too bad, I can manage to commit to that.

Yeah I defiantly need to get the fat pad thinner it’s about 2 inches thick. In the past I did lose a good 45lbs and started to drink Green Tea religiously, I went from around 5.8” NBP to almost 6.5” NBP, now am slowly gaining the weight back and at 6” NBP now.

I’ve lost weight and made gains. I see a bigger impact from losing weight.

I’d say as long as you can keep your committment to both at the same time, why not do both together?

Yeah weight is by far more important but I couldn’t hurt to pe when convenient (twice a week) for conditioning purposes.

Seriously it’s easy when you put your mind to it!

To give you an example of how I pe most days…… I just woke up this morning with a raging hard on. I popped 200mg of caffeine because I don’t like coffee and energy drinks cost too much. I jumped in the shower to cool down and warm up with 5 minutes of icy hot water on the brown fat between my shoulder blades which starts fat burning, then 5 minutes warming everything back up…. works better than arginine IMO. All the while I had crest white strips on my teeth, because I multitask like that.

Flash foreward to my routine after lubing up my hand pump and tube, I pump for 10-15min at around 5hg which is comfortable for me but I stop before getting the donut. 10 minutes of my own brief partial dry jelq routine with some holds then 10-15 min of clamping. I get it on, wash my hands, and I do everything from shaving to brushing my teeth or ironing in that time. Just don’t try to poop until you take it off. I wear a divocup because I love the damn thing, paired with a comfortable cock ring and I am ready for my brief cardio before work. I take in half a scoop of whey protein in water to feul me up and supposedly prevent catabolism, but mainly it keeps me walking faster. A breif 30min walk through the neighborhood back to my house and that’s it for my morning routine. At night I workout 4 days a week lifting heavy and taking very short rest periods untill about the end when I need my rest to finish strong.

All it takes me is about an extra hour and a half a day to wake up and do both pe and cardio which improves my erections three fold. If you talk on the phone or get all your FB’ing out of the way at this time you can save even more time. If you keep your notes and books with you to study at every every dull moment of the day you can squeeze out about 2-3 hours a day you knever knew you had. Keep your meals light throught the day and you’ll have more energy! When you get out of work/school head straight for the gym instead of getting comfortable. Another hour working out at night 4 times a week and you’ll see your confidence and everything else in life improve. Really that’s just a few minor sacrifices and your work out put will improve.

Now if I could find a cheap treadmil to walk at an incline on while playing xbox and I could save few minutes not getting dressedup to go out.

Both if you can manage it; otherwise, loose weight first.

As others have pointed out, you can free up more time than you might think simply by not farting around in the morning. Getting your clothing, breakfast, and school stuff all ready the night before helps as well.
