Couple of newbie questions about jelqing
Hi all, I’m new here.
I recently started the newbie routine, and have a couple of questions about jelqing.
1. What is the best way to optimise girth gains? I’m fairly happy with length, but my girth is 4”, and so I’d like to direct gains towards girth. At the moment I’m trying to do this by jelqing with the penis pointing upwards, and also by maintaining a higher erection level (about 80%) but the limited gains I have seen in the short time I’ve been exercising appear to be in length.
2. The jelqing guide mentions to keep erection level at no more than 80%.. I find when I jelq, the strength of the erection grows, and I have to stop, and allow it to subside. Am I doing something wrong - gripping to strong/too hard - or is this normal?
