Confused about warming down

When you’re warming down after PE session, should you use hot/warm or cold water? I’m confused, because I’ve read recently that penis should be ‘cooled’ with an ice pack or cold water after PE session. I doesn’t make sense to me, but I’m new to this.

If you have done too much PE and caused damage, an ice pack (over a t towel or shirt) is great. If you have not done too much PE and caused any strain etc., you can use either heat, ice, or just let your penis return to room temperature under gentle stretch. Try them all and see which you like best.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Granted I’m a newb, but I’ve taken to flopping it into the sink and running hot water off my hand onto my dick for a few mins. It seems to keep me plump after a workout - and it cleans off the lube.
