You are probably inundated with posts like this so I’ll apologize in advance. I joined here over a month ago but this is my first post. I guess I’m more of a lurker and I don’t have a lot of PE knowledge to share. Hopefully that will soon change.

Anyway, this is another bitchy “why the hell haven’t I gained anything yet” type of posts. I thought about not posting it at all but then I looked around. My circumstances and experiences seem quite different from other similar posts. So, here we go.

I started doing routine PE on January 15, 2009. I’ve been consistent with it too. So, in the grand scheme of things, I have done extremely little. I started out doing a very light newbie routine, just to see how my dick would react. I did the following routine from January 15 – January 25 on an every other day frequency:

• 10 minute warm-up
• 1 set of basic stretches (5 ways) (30 second holds)
• 8 minute jelqing

That’s all I did for those 10 days. No gains but I had good reactions from my penis. My EQ was pretty high, I had morning wood every morning, and I had no feelings of fatigue or soreness. So, I decided that maybe I was doing too little given the newbie routines generally call for more than what I was doing. So, I upped volume and intensity. I did the following routine from January 26 – February 10 on a 2 on, 1 off frequency:

• 10 minute warm-up
• 2 sets of basic stretches (5 ways) (30 second holds)
• 10 minute jelqing

I still had great reactions from my penis. Same high EQ, routine morning wood, and no fatigue, soreness, or pain. However, no gains. This is where I started getting slightly irritated. While I understand some people take a long time to gain, I also realize that other people gain quickly. This is when I started thinking and reading up on other people’s progress. My situation seemed so similar to those that gained quickly: positive penis reactions to increased intensity. But this is where they started to gain while I stayed the same. I’m a member on another PE forum and I was encouraged to take a short break of a few days and then come back with a lighter routine but with more frequency. Okay, so I tried that. I took 3 days off and came back with a new routine on a 5 on, 2 off frequency:

• 10 minute warm-up
• 1 set of basic stretches (5 ways) (30 second holds)
• 10 minute jelqing

I have been doing that routine from February 13 – current. So, basically, I started out very light, went moderate, and then stayed moderate but with more frequency.

At no point during any of these routines did I have any sign of a negative reaction in my penis. Ever since I started PE, I have had morning wood every morning. My EQ is extremely high, but then again, I am 19 and I guess that’s not uncommon. I never experience soreness or fatigue.

I measured two nights ago and this when I really started getting concerned. When I started PE, I measured consistently at BPEL 6.0”. For the past two nights, my dick has measured BPEL 5.9”. These were not lazy erections either. Both nights I was extremely hard while measuring. SO, I think it is safe to say that I have now lost .10” in length since beginning PE.

What pisses me off the most is that my penis has given me every indication known to man that it should be growing, not shrinking. I simply don’t understand this. Last night, I started a new routine that is even more intense stretching-wise with a 5 on, 2 off frequency:

• 10 minute warm-up
• 2 sets of basic stretches (5-ways) (60 second holds)
• 10 minute jelqing

I have been encouraged to increase the intensity of my stretching a total of 2 minutes after 2 weeks and then a total of 2 minutes every week after that. I’ve also been encouraged to increase my jelqing time 2 minutes every week. I did the more intense routine last night for the first time and I have similar positive reactions this morning and all day today.

So, I guess my concern is simple: what the hell is going on here? Am I in an odd situation where my dick will simply handle anything I throw at it and refuse to grow? I mean, there cannot be any reason why I would actually lose length while maintaining perfectly good PIs. I’m really concerned. I certainly hope someone can give me some encourage words or advice here. Thanks.

I like your slow less is more start, smart. And are aware of all PI.
I understand your frustration.

0.1”, my measurements can also vary that much, just a slight pelvic tilt or angle.
How do you measure?
If you measure three times a day for three days do you get the same exact results?

Your slight increase of stretches might do the trick. It took me a long time before I could stretch and jelq in a good way.
Took me some time to learn how to measure.
Learn how your cock responds to everything, no rush. You might be stretching with insufficient force for instance, but take it slow.

Welcome to the Forum!

There is no problem really. You are expecting gains too early in your routine. Not too many guys get gains in the first month and these often disappear. It’s just the elasticity of your skin and penis in general that is fighting the pulling out of shape. It just tries to keep thjings as they are.

Give it another month or so and you should begin to see some gains. Usually by 3 nonths you should see something useful happening.

It just needs a bit of patience. But don’t try overdoing it. That can only put you back

Just stay focused, and consistent. You may be a bit of a hard gainer, I always have been and I know the frustration that comes with it. As long as you stick to it though you should defenitely see results, they may not be 3” in 3 weeks like the magical pills and lotions (that don’t work) promise, but take the word of your fellow PEers this stuff does work. Don’t worry about the .1 inch, I haven’t heard of PE actually shrinking your penis unless you injure it pretty badly.

Thanks for the replies guys. I know I need to be more patient. It’s just extremely frustrating thus far. I feel like I have been doing everything right while seeing absolutely no results. I think I need to somehow change my attitude towards this stuff. I’ve become pretty negative the past few days.

So, would you say I should or should not continue with the plan and progressively intensify?

Don’t worry, Well actually, Worry about not doin any further damage. I lost .2 in length in my 3rd serious month of PE, because out of desperation to gain I was doing the Jeqling exercise with way too hard an erection. Just be careful when you jelq and stretch. Im my experience, you should stretch hard, but jelq nice and easy. But then again jelqing never worked for me. Currently I am doing a no jelq method of enlargement, i stretch maybe a few times a day only, but if you ask me, the trick to a bigger dick(haha), is increasing the pressure of your erections to the point that it expands your chambers. Currently I am gaining more than i ever have, Or so i believe, just with a easy nice light routine.

And DON”T FORGET KEGELS. Those are my favorite exercise. They work wonders, my erection quality has improved literally 40%! just from this exercise. If you have any questions send me a message.

You just need to learn how your penis grows. Mine grows WAYYYY different than most the members here.
And there have been times when I’m down, but I always bounce back.
Take it slow thats my advice, and figure your cock out.

I took me over a year to really see any results from PE. I was sloppy with my routine though so that doesn’t count. But I did get excellent EQ the whole time I was doing it. Seems like you got a good steady routine there that you can only benefit from. Don’t sweat the .1 loss. Some days we are just not as big as others. Measure it again the session after your next off days. I bet you will see a difference.

I am a newbie as well, so take this for what it is worth. I have been doing PE for three months now.

I would not worry about the .1 inch from just a couple of readings. I get that much variation in measurement sometimes as well.

The first couple of months is just getting familiar with PE, both the exercises and the information. I am learning new PE things almost every day from this forum. I am going back over the basic information now that I have been doing this for three months. This stuff makes more sense to me now, maybe I am just a slow learner.

It may not sound like it, but you may be doing too much already. Remember less is more for us newbies. Start slow and work up.

I ramped up quickly as well, then read the less is more threads. Then back off.
I am doing 5 days on, 2 days off like you, but I am doing less time with jelqs.

Length tends to diminish when one is overworking. But in your case the difference is so slight that it is near meaningless. 5 weeks that you are doing PE - not enough to say anything, I think. A 2 on/1 off or a 3 on/1 off would be better for you - just an opinion.

I think I’m gonna try this continuous increase for awhile on my stretching but try to keep my jelqing down. I think it’s much easier to overtrain with jelqing as opposed to stretching. I have nothing to lose at this point so I’m gonna try some new things.

You have nothing to lose at this point? Gator, look at the join date of some of members around here - when we say it’s a marathon, we aren’t kidding.

Yeah, sorry. I guess I’m just suffering from extreme frustration.

I see so many people post quick gains and here I am losing length. It just irks me.I need to change my attitude.

I think those who get quick gains are the first to post? :)

I suggest you to open a progress report thread, it can help a lot, IMHO.

I don’t think I can being I don’t have enough posts or something.

Do you really think people lie about their quick gains? A part of me hopes that it is fictitious so I don’t feel so bad about my lack of progress as compared to their gains.but then again, I wouldn’t want to accuse anyone of lying. I also like to wish everyone good gains. Who knows.

Start a new thread, making clear it’s a progress report and a mod will move for you.

I’m not saying posters lie about gains, I’m saying that those who get quick gains are more likely prone to post.
