Length increase by losing fat?

Can somene tell me whether you really can increase the external length of your dick by losing fat? I know that if it can be done, the extra length would only be length that could have already been used during sex whilst you were heavier. So I suppose my question is, will my dick hang lower when flacid and look longer when erect, if I lose all the fat from my body(except a percentage of fat on my body to keep my organs and body healthy)?

I am 290lb and if i lost all my fat i would come in at around 230lb of pure muscle. So that is 60lb of fat, or there abouts. Has anyone lost substanial amounts of body fat before and noticed a visual increase or measurement increase? Or know anyone that has? Is there anyone that has some information on it, if so what are your sources?

The supposed rule is for every 20-30lbs you lose you can expect to gain an inch or so of dick. This is why your bone pressed measurement differs from your non-bp measurement. There is “extra dick” in your body that you can’t get to because the fat is in the way.

A simple test to prove this is stick your finger in your stomach right above your dick. If you can go in more than a knuckle, you can expect that you are not at an optimal bodyfat level, and you will grow just by losing weight.

Yes, you will see more of your penis if you lose weight! Some phalloplasty surgeons liposuction the suprapubic fat pad (the pad of fat just above the penis) which increases the visual size of the penis and thereby further enhances gains achieved by surgery. You can do the same without paying all the $$$ (and risk having your internal organs accidently sucked out with their Lipomatic Fat Sucker :_pump: ) by simply losing weight through exersize and sensible dieting.

Thanks fellas! I think that an inch per 20-30lbs is an exageration though.

I will focus my self on exercising the stomach with electric pulse pads, whilst dieting and doing what ever weight training I can do without annoying my lig injury.

The only reason I want to lose the weight is cus i can increase the length, which I cannot do by stretching or jelqing cus of my lig injury. I can’t gain any muscle at the moment either cus that requires me doing very heavy weight lifting and bending over to pick it up, which all agrivates my lig injury, so I might aswel lose the excess weight and get extra length, whilst I have nothing better to do with my time.

Gotta, I believe I would be the perfect guinea pig for your question. Last June I started losing weight. I was about 295 at the time. Right now I weigh about 245 and believe another 10 to 15 lbs of fat loss would be all I would need and would be fairly solid. I have just started my own PE program so I do not yet have any size influence from there. Sorry to say, but my erect length measurements are the same now as they were then at about 6.25”. This could be different for you depending on how much fat your body is storing around your groin. Most of my fat was evenly distributed with an increased amount in my torso area. I do not remember my groin area having an inordinate amount of fat. I did not notice any flacid differences, but that changes hour to hour and day to day anyhow. However, it may appear longer visually now, but I am not sure. I do know I don’t mind looking at myself in the mirror now. I had gotten to the point of avoiding looking at my body in the mirror. So, be it longer or the same now it does look better at least. It seems that my use of zinc has possibly made a difference in hanging. This is true especially of my testicles which used to draw up over 90% of the time. Now I seem to hang 90% of the time which was a hang-up of mine. Hopefully this trend will continue. Even though the weight loss probably will not make much of a difference in length you should go ahead and pursue it. You’ll be more endurant, feel better about yourself, and the loss of fat in your thighs, stomach, and around your groin will only improve your ability to use different positions with a woman. Not to mention the aesthetic value of being lean and naked especially at 230 lbs. Definitely start the weight loss with the dieting. Try some cardio exercises if you can. Even walking with weights or whatever is comfortable for your injury. As far as lifting and fat loss you may be just as good not strength training and working light and going for a higher rep pump. This is better for fat loss and your injury. Don’t put too much creedence in those pulse pads. They are marginal in working the stomach muscles and will have zero impact on fat loss.

The gains are supposed to come in the BP area….i dont know if they would correlate to NBP, but the article I saw was talking about BP and it makes sense since the fat keeps you farther away from your pubic bone.

sorry I am new to this so am not sure of different measuring techniques. I measured as I have in the past along the top of the penis touching the ruler to where the penis meets my body and only giving a slight push in towards my body. There could have been a change in length just not very dramatic or I probably would have noticed. Was not main reason for weight loss, but was in the back of my mind at times.
