Hello, guys, good to see you all.
Just a quick question. I am just passing my first month anniversary of PE’ing, and was just wondering if I should concentrate on a single aspect of the double sided world of PE? There is length and there is girth, but should I be focusing on a single one of these instead of both at the same time during my workouts? I’m currently doing a modified newbie routine, with both stretches and jelq sessions that range in the 20 minutes area.
I was thinking that I would rather have at least +1 inch in length by the end of the year than +1 in girth, so that would mean that I should focus all of my workouts on stretches and things like hanging and extenders?
I haven’t really been paying attention to see if I gained or not, I’m waiting a bit longer before I check and see if anything is going on down there, but I am grateful for the great EQ that I’m getting, and the awesome flaccid hang I have throughout the day!
Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should focus on? Just stretches, or continue my newbie route until march 11, which will be my second month of consistent PE and will mark the day that I make my first real measurements.
