Hello, guys, good to see you all.

Just a quick question. I am just passing my first month anniversary of PE’ing, and was just wondering if I should concentrate on a single aspect of the double sided world of PE? There is length and there is girth, but should I be focusing on a single one of these instead of both at the same time during my workouts? I’m currently doing a modified newbie routine, with both stretches and jelq sessions that range in the 20 minutes area.

I was thinking that I would rather have at least +1 inch in length by the end of the year than +1 in girth, so that would mean that I should focus all of my workouts on stretches and things like hanging and extenders?

I haven’t really been paying attention to see if I gained or not, I’m waiting a bit longer before I check and see if anything is going on down there, but I am grateful for the great EQ that I’m getting, and the awesome flaccid hang I have throughout the day!

Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should focus on? Just stretches, or continue my newbie route until march 11, which will be my second month of consistent PE and will mark the day that I make my first real measurements.

IMO whatever happens you have to complete your newbie routine at least three months. I am thinking to follow newbie routine around 6 month then I will decide what will I do.

As my experience I am beginning jelqing from low EQ to %60-70 EQ so I am gaining both.

While you performing newbie routine you will increase duration of stretching and jelqing with the time. If you increase time of stretching it will affect your length gain. If you increase time and hardness of your jelqing it will affect your girth gain.

Short Term Goal : El 6.5" Eg 5.2"

Long Term Goal : El 7.5" Eg 6.0"
