Leaving out jelqing and concentrate on stretching.
I’ve been “lurking” here for a pretty long time, but I’ve finally decided to actively start PEing.
Just for your interest, my size is roughly 5.9x5.2 NBP, which I would consider to be on the short end of the average size.. :(
As a result I want to concentrate fully on length (at least for now).
As far as I know, length-gains are mostly achieved through stretching, right?
So I wondered if I could just “leave out” the jelqing and instead fully focus on stretches..
Will stretches only work in a combination with jelqing?
