Hi, I am a compleate newbie to PE, jelqing, stretching and hanging.
I am very interested in starting PE (hey, who wouldn’t want to get a bigger penis?)
Just a few quick questions about it all. Although i have seen these around this forum and on different sites i need to have it clarified and explained.
First, What are the average gains you have observed within the first 2 months?
What problems usualy arise for newbies who try this?
Is the routine posted by ludvad(sp?) agood one to start on?
Please explain the hot wrap (temperature, weight, do I cover the whole penis ?).
Thanks in advance for your understanding and answers guys, I hope to get my research done by sunday, and start a routine on monday, hopefully nothing to intense, as i am VERY cautious of injuries.
