changing up routine

hey guys thinking about changing up my routine a little bit, currently doing 200 jelqs a night 5 days a week, and around 150 kegals a day, havent decided what yet, I have not noticed a gain that I can see since I started, gonna try and get measurements tonight. looking for idea’s.

I am a noob, but having read around the forums, switching grips (C, OK underhand, OK overhand) as well as jelqing in various directions (up, down, straight, right, left) can help to change things up. Hopefully a mod can offer some expertise

Maybe consider throwing in some rest days. Sometimes less is more.
