Newbie changing routine

Eight months ago I started out on the newbie routine in the first 3 months, and saw no gain in length and/or girth.

I slowly started increasing jelqing from 20 to 30 minutes up to 40 to 55 minutes. Still no gains so far, is it time for a different routine perhaps? I don’t want to adjust my routine too quickly.

My routine is 5 times a week, resting on Monday and Thursday:
- Warmup 10-15 min
- JAI stretches 5 *15 times in every direction; up, down, straight, left, right
- Wet Jelqing 40-50 min with 3-4 second strokes, in every direction with kegels (60-70% erection)
- Cool down 5-10 min
- I do kegel exercises in the morning and evening every day during the week

BPEL =
16.5 cm / 6.5 inches (long term goal is adding 0.2/0.3 inches at least)
EG =
11.9 cm / 4.7 inches (long term goal is adding 0.3/0.4)

Any thoughts/tips? Much appreciated!

Jelqing 5 times per week is too much IMHO: JAI stretches shouldn’t be used alone, regular stretches will work better. I’d switch to dry jelqs for a while. Your goals are doable.
