After 1 Month of solid jelqing and stretching, will my gains be permanent. Just wondering if after 1 month and then stopping would my gains be permanent?

I have gotten a STD after 2 months of good PE. I didn’t excersiced for 1 month and i lost at least half of my nooby gains.
I’m at it back again, and i probably will be back on track in 3 or 4 weeks (hopely)
