I’ve read most girth gains are from CS growth - assuming an inch of growth, how much is from the CC’s?

I think my gains have been both.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Most people claim growth in both. Assuming you can target the CC and CS individually, how long you think it will take to gain .5 girth in the CC vs. CS.

I have no idea. A year maybe.

Is that .5 gain in CC in a year or the CS? And how much would the other be?

The CS has no tunica, which is the real challenge for enlarging the CC. I am under the belief that the CS can be more quickly enlarged vs the CC, but in the process both will enlarge. The CS is easy to see gains because it will bulge out under the shaft, whereas the CC will be harder to see directly the gains without measuring the whole. I would say, around 75%CS vs 25%CC gain personally and the CC I am left monitoring by width increases which I can feel in my hand but haven’t made it a point to track width until recently.

75%-25% doesn’t sound bad. What ratio do you think I’d be if you do exercises that mostly target the CC?

Not specifically, but mostly - assuming so, how much you think the ratio would change?

I do not think anything would speed up the CC growth vs CS, only slow down overall growth and the ratio would stay roughly the same. This is pure speculation on my part.

Sorry for asking but what is CC and CS? I think one of them is that thing that “runs” under the penis. The line or what it is, pornstars usually have a huge one. But which one is that, and what is the other one?

Corpus cavernosum and corpus spongiosum. Yes, the CS runs along the bottom.

I think avoiding closing the grip around the penis is a way. For example when jelqing, using a U or C grip instead than OK grip, will not inflate much the CS.

Marinera, what’s your opinion on CC to CS growth assuming you can target the CC more than other conventional exercises?
