Can I stretch 4x a day

If I’m bored, is it okay to just whip it our 4-5x a day and stretch, or would this be overdoing it?

For normal body stretches, the more the better, so I was wondering if this applied to my little one-eyed monster.

As long as you warm it up sufficiently (like under a tap if you need to be quick), then there shouldn’t be a problem. I probably don’t need to say this, but be very careful - if you have the slightest inkling you might be pushing the Big Guy’s limits, stop and give it a rest.

Thanks. Also a question about warm ups—if I’m sitting there and it’s a hot day and my wang is already loose, do I still need to warm up? Warm up is the worst, because that means I have to “pre-plan” my sessions 5 minutes in advance. I have 2 roommates so privacy is a big issue..

I warm up in the shower most times. I’ve never had a problem as long as I keep warm water flowing on the boys for a couple-3 minutes. But everyone is different.

Highlypumped, I suggest a proper warm-up. You’re not warmed up until your penis feels fluttery hot, and there’s significant heat coming from the penis. You can damage yourself if you work your guy too hard without a proper warm-up; furthermore, the effects of the exercise will be more vivid and rapid with a proper warm-up. In other words it’ll speed your progress. I personally warm-up 3 times during a session.

Okay thank you. I may actually use a space heater and just direct it at my buddy, I think that would be the easiest way for me!

4x a day may be a little overdoing it, if you ask me.

Highly: If you are a newbie and unconditioned I advise you to take caution with any form of pe. However, once you have become more conditioned I honestly don’t think you can never stretch too much, as long as the tissues are warm and pliable. Read Bib’s testimony. He hung heavy weights four and five hours a day, and the man allegedly has a 10+” penis. But he worked up to that routine for years. Manual stetching is pretty mild pe, but it is still possible to injure oneself. Buy a cheap fish scale at Walmarts, and see how much weight you can pull. I think you’ll be surprised to find that it is possible to put a pretty good load on the old wanger with just your hands.
