Can I overcome the Steel Tendon
Great place and thanks for all the experience and advice.
Currently I have gotten to 6 1/2 inches ebpl and when stretching while soft get to same length and feel like I am pulling against a steel cable that won’t move.
Is that as far as I can stretch or can I overstress it and continue adding length??
Over the years I have used pumps and manual stretching. Only find Thunder’s Place 8 months ago. Started a hanging routine, once I learned from you guys how to attach the weights and got to the 6 1/2 inches.
Want to continue growing length. Thanks.
