Ligament or tendon on top.

I’ve been at this for about 6 weeks now. I’ve noticed a tendon has formed, came out of nowhere on the top of my penis, at the base. It doesn’t hurt. It’s very hard, just curious as to what it is. Thanks

What you’re probably seeing is the suspensory ligament . You will see it when you pull your penis straight out from the body, especially if you’re relatively lean. It is very hard and tough, which is why you see so many guys here spending months or years just trying to stretch it fractions of an inch. Go easy though. It can still be torn or ruptured.

As I understand it, a tendon usually connects bone to muscle. A ligament connects bones — or, in the case of the penis, holds an organ in place.
