Anyone use the C-grip? Is their any disadvantage with the Cgrip vs the normal Jelq method?

Can anyone give me detail of how to do the C-grip correctly? The pictures don’t do any justice just shows the grip. I don’t know how much pressure I should be putting.

Or some call it inverted Ugrip, I used it in 8 weeks and didn’t get any results on girth (I did increase on length but it’s more due to manual stretching), so I started from January 2008 to jelq with a tight ok-grip, and it gave me results before, and will do again.

PS: on the contrary of ok-grip inverted Ugrip gave me immediate visual results but it didn’t last so basically it’s not effected, at least for me.

The grip you use is totally unimportant. The point of jelqing is to create a pressure wave of blood from the base to the glans; whatever grip achieves this best for you is the one to use.

As far as pressure goes, someone here once compared jelqing to trying to wring runny honey off a stick. I think that is a good comparison. The grip force will depend on your level of erection and the length of time you take over your jelq stroke.

You need to create slightly more pressure of blood in the penis than you would get from a normal erection.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
