I was just wondering if it would still be effective if instead of doing my routine all at once I would split it to a few times during the day, like instead of thirty minutes of stretching I would do, ten minutes three times, and same for jelqing.

Is there anyone who’s working out that way, is it still effective?

It can be effective but it is better to do all in once. If you don’t have time to do a continuous routine, splitting up a routine is better than doing nothing.

If your dick can tolerate the workout in one session do soo,

else, do a split routine like I do, jelq in the morning and hang in the evening.

No way my dick could tolerate my jelq and hanging routine all at one !!
