I don’t know how to focus on my routine

I work in the morning and in the evening I don’t have a lot of privacy

I put an extender for 2 hours every night but after that time it’s become to much painful

I want to hear from the big gainers here and what was the routine of them

I try jelq 6 month but with no result

I want to start hanging but I’m afraid that after all this I spent my time for nothing so I really want to hear from people here that made big gains

I don’t know if 3cm is a big gain, but I started with regular jelqing, then I did newbie routine and then only stretching. IMO stretching works the best. There will be uphills and downhills. Once I got upset when I lost some of my gains(working too hard I suppose) but I got it all back and more!!! Just measured and I gained almost 0,5cm!
I think you should try newbie routine firstly.
Don’t let downhills ruin your day, you’ll get there eventually!!

Focus on your jelqs just simple jelqs don’t forget to warm up your ligs before doing also mentally concentrate in growing your dick but do not get desperate take daily supps like horny goats weed or something of the kind. More effective jelqs are done roughly 80% erect also if you jelqs if you put too much oil won’t work if you put little it will be sore so it is a happy medium.
I do not think the extender is good for you at this early stage however it is a good idea to wear it to get used to the noose I find it hard to wear past two hours.
Then again everyone is different. Methods or routines may work for some they may not work for others and this is true in PE but you have to be constant after a while review and consolidate your thoughts if things do not work jut recap change some basic routine but not all then reassess your case again but do not go over advanced just because you think Nirvana lies over there.
