Hello gentlemen, I would like to ask the more experienced members about which exercise and techniques have been found effective to improve erection quality.

My question is directed to those who started PE with an already very weak erection (due to old age, chronic disease, and/or heavy lifelong “partying”) from the beginning and regained the hardness and performance ability through the techniques.

I know that certain exercises are known by hearsay to be effective, but I would like to hear from people who actually went through the weak erection / impotence precondition and definitely cured the problem mainly through exercises and techniques ( and possibly in conjunction with other non pharmaceutical means such as diet and herbs).

Long holding kegels seems to do the trick for me. I do like 20 reps a day. Holding each one for like 10 seconds?

Yup, for EQ kegels are the best, and jelqs might help a little too.

If you dig deeper you will find posts on the subject by kingpole, me, and a few other people. It’s not a PE exercise but it is a great supplement that has shown good results and isn’t an erectile dysfunction drug.

This, lots of kegels and reverse kegels. Also, improving your health should have positive effect on your unit; ie. stop smoking, reduce alcohol consumption (if you do) and start exercising.
