Best routine for newbie for Flaccid Gains?

I’m very small flaccid, and would like to make flaccid gains. Mainly for the bulge as I workout and wear shorts alot.

What is the best routine for a Newbie to make flaccid gains?

In my experience, jelquing is #1 for improved flaccid. Vacuum hanging and extending also help flaccid some. I’ve not noticed any change with compression hanging or pumping. I haven’t done enough clamping to be able to say either way.

to improve flaccidity I perform several sessions of jelqing, bath pump with placement of penis ring at the end to keep the expanded state longer, edging sessions without ejaculation, now I bought a sheath from stealth the Innerwear to keep the flaccidity elongated and not indented. Keep in mind it has been 8 months since I started PE so I have increased the basic routine by adding jelqing the pump which is not recommended at the beginner stage. Regards.
